We take great care in the quality and appearance of our products, so we hope you’re reading this page out of curiosity rather than necessity.
Return policy:
- Return period – the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase agreement and return a high-quality, standard product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of product delivery.
- The intention to return the product must be communicated via email to: info@martynasforge.com;
- The returned goods must be sent to the seller within 14 days of the notification date.
- Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized products: Goods manufactured according to the buyer’s specific instructions or clearly customized to personal needs.
Return Conditions – The product must be in good condition, undamaged, and unused (used only for inspection). The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The shipment must be with a tracking number.
Refund:
- Quality product – The full amount paid for the product and the initial standard delivery cost will be refunded. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
- Non quality product – The full amount paid, including both initial delivery and return shipping costs.
- The amount refunded will be the price paid after the discount was applied.
Quality Guarantee – All products are covered by the quality guarantee provided for by law. We guarantee that the goods comply with the description and are without defects. Please inform us by email if you notice any defects and attach photos or videos.
- If these rules and conditions are not followed, we reserve the right not to accept returned products or to reduce the refund amount due to depreciation.
