Delivery information

Dispatch Time (Preparation Time):

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within:

Standard Products: 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Personalized Products: 1–5 business days after payment is received (unless a longer dispatch time is indicated in the product description).

After the goods are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond their control (courier delays, customs procedures, etc.).

Free delivery to parcel lockers within Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

Delivery in Latvia and Estonia:

LP Express parcel lockers– delivery time 1–3 business days, storage time 3 days, free of charge.
Lithuanian Post – delivery time 2–4 business days, price €6.

Shipping to other countries (Worldwide):

- Shipping method: All international shipments are fulfilled via Lithuanian post.
- Delivery time: depends on the destination country. To EU countries – 2–14 business days, to other countries – 7–30 business days.
- Shipping cost: depends on the parcel’s weight and destination country. The exact price will be shown at checkout.

Duties and Import Taxes:

The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes or any additional charges that may apply when importing goods into their country.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. They must be paid by the buyer upon delivery or during customs clearance.

For customers in the United States (USA):

An import duty (15% of the value) is included in the final price. This means the buyer will not need to pay customs fees upon delivery.

LP Express parcel locker– delivery time 1–3 business days, storage time 3 days, free of charge.
Omniva parcel locker– delivery time 1–3 business days, storage time 7 days, free of charge.
DPD parcel locker– delivery time 1–2 business days, storage time 5 days, free of charge.
Lithuanian Post – delivery time 2–4 business days, sent as a registered parcel, a signature is required upon collection, the parcel is stored at the post office for one month, free of charge.
DPD courier – delivery time 1–3 business days, price €6.
