Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, but it may take some time as producing custom pieces requires a significant amount of work.
Do the products rust?
Each product is coated with a protective layer. To maintain quality, it’s important to avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and ensure proper storage to prevent rusting. Proper care will help protect the metal from rust and maintain the product’s aesthetic appearance.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of payment receipt. For personalized items, shipping may take 1-5 days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on the selected products, shipping method, and country. Within Lithuania: 2-7 days. EU countries: 3-18 days. Other countries: 8-30 days. The seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond their control.
Which shipping services do you use?
Within Lithuania: Omniva, LP Express, DPD lockers; Lithuanian Post, DPD courier.
Latvia and Estonia – LP Express, Lithuanian Post.
International: Only Lithuanian Post.
Can products be returned?
The buyer has the right to return the products within 14 days of delivery, by notifying us via email. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Non-returnable items include custom orders or products made according to specific customer requirements.
To which countries do you ship?
We currently offer shipping to the EU, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Iceland, Japan, the United States, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland, and South Korea. If you would like to order from another country, please contact us. Alternatively, visit the MartynasForge Etsy shop.
Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation?
After placing your order and completing payment, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Please ensure that the email address you provided is correct. If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder. If the confirmation email is still missing, please contact us before placing a new order so we can verify if your order is in our system.
How should I care for the products?
To maintain the quality of the products, we recommend regular care, such as wiping and drying them after exposure to moisture. Proper care will help protect the metal from rusting and keep the product’s appearance intact.
What are the taxes?
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply when importing goods to the selected country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the buyer upon receipt. Import duty (15%) for the United States is included.
