General regulations

• These Terms define the rights and obligations of the Seller (Martynas Šalkauskas) and the Buyer. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to these Terms.

• The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer clicks “Place order” and receives an order confirmation by email.

Personal Data Protection

• Buyer’s personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information is provided in the Privacy policy.
• Data is shared only with service providers (couriers, Paysera, Stripe etc.) when necessary to fulfil the order.
• Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Payment is made using the available payment methods (Paysera, bank transfer, etc.).

Shipping and Fees

• Products are dispatched within 1–3 days (personalised items within 1–5 days) after payment is received, unless otherwise specified on the product page. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control (e.g., courier delays, customs procedures, etc.).
• The Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs duties and taxes, except for the USA import duty (15%), which is already included in the price.

Warranty and Returns

• Warranty: All products are covered by a statutory 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or insufficient care.

• The return policy explains the return rules, including how to cancel the purchase within 14 days and which products are non-returnable.

• All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
